About Shadi

Shadi has come a long way from a girl who arrived in New Zealand and did not speak English, to successfully managing large rental portfolios for years, to owning her investment properties and now Let’s Rent Ltd.

Shadi’s honesty, upfront personality, and extensive knowledge in the Auckland rental market combined with interpersonal and negotiating skills make Shadi well suited to work with investors who have reasonably large rental portfolios who choose to be hands-off. On the other end of the spectrum, Shadi also enjoys the interaction and sharing her ideas on improvements tips and tricks while assisting a first-time investor through their property investing journey.

Fruit baskets, hampers, champagne, and plants are some of the things she has surprised her tenants with when they arrive at their new home. When tenants vacate a property, the vacate notices are filled with thank yous, genuine appreciation, and well wishes for both the landlord and Shadi. This is a testament to Shadi’s ability to bring together and maintain such a complex relationship between tenant and landlord in a harmonious way.
